Terms And Conditions Gallup Perfume
By using and/or making purchases through this site, you are acknowledging and agreeing to our terms, conditions and policies. We reserve the right to change these terms of service at any time with out notice.
We recommend sampling perfumes prior to purchasing the full-size quantity. An individual's chemistry is truly the last ingredient to any perfume made; this can skew the scent to varying degrees. We generally include Eau de Toilette perfume samples with purchases over $20.00 and Eau de Parfum samples over $50.00 if we have samples available and on hand. We will try to accommodate specific requests if we have them available. If not, you will receive what we have readily available.
Processing Order Times
Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. During higher volume times, special release or holidays, it can take up to 10 days to process your order
Customer Contact Information
Please make sure the contact information you provide is correct and up to date. If we need to contact you about your order and are unable because the information is incomplete or inaccurate we are not responsible for any issues, delays or non-receipt, We will cancel your order, refund the purchase price minus a 6% restocking fee.
Please select items carefully, once order is placed we are unable to cancel items or orders. Should we find a problem with your order, shipping discrepancy or other, we will make every attempt to contact you prior to cancellation. If we are unable to reach you we will cancel your order and refund your money minus a 6% restocking fee.
All sales are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges. As a small batch company many of our products are made on demand and we cannot accommodate returns, refunds or exchanges.
Damaged in Transit
Items damaged during transit will be refunded or replaced. To be eligible for refund or replacement email us within 7 days, with photo documentation (for insurance purposes) and return your damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will send you a replacement, if available. If replacement is not available, we will refund you the full purchase price of your item.
We cannot replace or reimburse orders that have been scanned as delivered by USPS but have gone missing. Please note that theft of packages has been on the rise. If you believe your package is legitimately missing contact your local USPS office as they are the best equipped to help locate your package.
Generalized Product and Allergen Warnings
It is the responsibility of the user of the products to use the product responsibly and properly as they are intended. Although we manufacture products according to IFRA standards, each individual should be aware of their allergies and/or irritations and adjust their use/non-use accordingly. We disclose ingredients listed on the EU allergen list on each product page, if any, for such reference. If you are unsure of any allergens or irritant susceptibility, you can preform a spot check-skin test with any product prior to full use. If any product causes irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician and/or dermatologist. GALLUP, LLC (Gallup Perfume) is neither responsible nor holds any liability for accidents or injuries resulting from users own negligence and failure to heed or follow recommendations.
EXCEPTIONS & EXCLUSIONS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR INTERNATIONAL ORDER MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING:
Once your order is placed we cannot make changes to it: We cannot add or remove items , all sales are final. We cannot accommodate returns, exchanges or refunds.. Once your order is accepted by our shipper and crosses the US border, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged item's. If you would like insurance for your shipment/order contact us prior to summitting your order so we can customize your order option prior to making payment. FEDEX Shipments must be entered in by hand (Sorry, our website builder doesn't accommodate for this option or offering) We reserve the right to use FEDEX to ship internationally in lieu of UPS to accommodate legalities of 'Dangerous Goods Classifications.' We will place a temporary hold on your order, if need be and contact you of any significant price changes for shipping. Any significant pricing change over $5.00 will either 1.) be refunded to your method of payment or 2.) we will contact you for authorization & submission for increased difference or 3) your order will be canceled. When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the customer/purchasers responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. Gallup Perfume does not have any responsibility nor liability for any additional charges that may apply. You, the customer/purchaser are responsible for obtaining information regarding your country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of USA, you the customer/purchaser are responsible for abiding by your country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If Alcohol is illegal in your country, do NOT place an order with us, your order will be canceled (if known) without notice or show of cause. IF we are unaware and mistakenly ship an order which fails to clear customs, we will not be held liable or refund any loss to you. If a product is seized and/or destroyed by the customs, or returned to US, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the customer/purchasers responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to Gallup Perfume.
